Here is the program:
1. Start with taking a sleepcation this weekend.
Turn all alarms off, no tv 2 hours before bed, no stimulants for 4 hours before
and sleep for a minimum of 10 hours fri to sat and sat to sun. If you feel sleepy, nap.
2. Set Your Days Up on Your Terms Not Anyone Elses
Wake up meditating to a relaxing music or white noise for 10 minutes and just be.

3. Reboot the Metabolism, Inflammation and Weight Loss With Real Food
Start the day with a wake up water which is:
– 8oz water
– 1 pinch of organic cayenne pepper, ginger, turmeric and cinnamon
– 1 full lemon or lime juiced or squeezed
Eat 100% raw veggies and fruit, nuts and seeds.Get protein from wild caught
fish and organic chicken or turkey. Drink 1 gallon of water through out the day
and nothing else other than one cup of non sweetened tea or coffee, Eliminate
red meat, grains, breads, pastas or dairy. If you feel hungry grab an authorized food.
5. Freeze Out The Fat and Inflammation
Do an ice bath or extreme cold shower for 5-10 minutes before you start winding
down before bed. Ensure you are concentrating on your breath as you are doing this.
Hit the brown body fat parts of your body around the neck and upper chest. This
will actually turn on your fat burning mechanisms. The breath will make the cold
water more than tolerable.

6. Mind Like A Monk Before Bed
Meditate before bed. If you need help with this, click here to get my article on
meditation for beginners. Write down 3 things you are grateful for and 3 things
you learned about yourself in this process. Then go to bed!
This will do everything that I promised it would in the beginning. You don’t
just have to do it over these 2 days. In fact, see how long you can Mind- Body
